Musical Bits creates software that creates music. Its software uses AI technology to model all layers of creativity of a human composer. These layers are implemented as reusable and combinable software components. Carbonara
Compensation of Blockchain related CO2 emissions. The Carbonara Coinpensator is a blockchain related open-source project, the main goal of the project is to raise awareness of the energy consumption of public blockchains. We provided funding and further venture capital services.
Hydroelectric Power Plant
Funding and further engagement in a novel hydroelectric power plant project (Stromboje) to generate green power in a decentralized manner and go to market using blockchain technology.

Since 1989, SPO Consulting is SAP partner and is serving clients from medium size to Fortune 500. Its team consults, designs, and develops with decades of business process and business integration expertise. We helped with our knowledge and mentorship to build a Synchronized Process Orchestration framework for integrating distributed IT ecosystems.
Additive Manufacturing @ Fraunhofer IPK
A blockchain component for an additive manufacturing plant that is available at the Fraunhofer IPK has been adapted to the guidelines of the Baseline Protocol and expanded to include integration into SAP. The baseline demonstration was developed by a project team made up of employees from Fraunhofer IPK and Unibright. Through their research activities the partners intend to exploit the potential of the Baseline Protocol for the manufacturing industry. In follow-up projects, common standards for the use of Baseline in Industry 4.0 and IoT are to be developed together with manufacturing companies.
Baseledger
A public-permissioned, council-governed blockchain network that fulfills the major requirements of enterprise organizations for participating in Baseline-enabled processes: A unified architecture ensuring service quality, data privacy and integration. We provided funding and further venture capital services.
Intermediated Financing Platform @ European Investment Fund (EIF)
We examined the potential to improve service provision to EIF clients and counterparts, including financial Institutions, small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and mandators through the usage of Blockchain and notably the Baseline Pattern. A robust, transparent and fully auditable process with which to support SME access to EIF-channeled financing where appropriate, is the goal. It is expected that costs and technical barriers could be lowered by covering certain approval and servicing aspects of financial products (accreditation, utilization, draw-downs, etc.) in a user-friendly manner, provided always that applicable requirements are respected. The particular context of EIF being an EU body, and the proposed usage of decentralized, distributed ledger technology necessitate special requirements from a potential solution, in terms of data privacy, compliance, technical reliability and service quality aspects like cost predictability and performance. .We conducted a workshop with EIF representatives and delivered an extensive feasibility study.
